The training is open to the general public who wish to acquire or deepen their knowledge of the topics covered.

Topics to be covered:

• Personality and socialization
• Humans as social beings: the tendency toward affiliation and what motivates people to interact with one another
• Relationships and forms of interaction; outcome-oriented approaches and interdependence
• Social dilemmas and social responsibility
