Join Us: Empowering Young Women to Lead, Inspire, and Transform Society
Women Leadership and Nation Building Initiative (WLNBI)
How can we empower young women to become confident leaders and active contributors to national development?
Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone, invites female students from the Department of Political Science and the Department of Peace and Conflict Studies to participate in the Women Leadership and Nation Building Initiative (WLNBI), an initiative dedicated to strengthening young women’s leadership skills, confidence, and participation in shaping their communities and society.
Through interactive leadership sessions, discussions, and mentorship opportunities with female university staff, participants will explore effective communication, critical thinking, self-awareness, and the importance of gender equality and inclusion.
Join us in inspiring the next generation of women leaders who are ready to make a difference, support one another, and contribute to a more inclusive and empowered society!
