Dissemination is one of the most important aspects of this project. Measures to raise awareness and disseminate the results of the project will therefore be carried out not only for current and potential actors but also for university staff and students within or beyond the consortium.
Community Engagement Meeting at the University of Georgia
During the week of 17-23 September, trained staff in community engagement met with representatives of various faculties at the University of Georgia. The purpose of the meeting was to share reflections, insights, and newly gained experiences from the recent community engagement training, as well as to provide detailed information about the project.
The trained staff delivered a presentation outlining the project’s objectives, activities, and expected outcomes, alongside key results of the training, practical approaches, and lessons learned. This was followed by a fruitful and engaging discussion, during which faculty representatives exchanged views, asked questions, and discussed ways to integrate project activities and community engagement practices within their respective faculties.
The meeting served as an important platform for dialogue and collaboration, strengthening inter-faculty cooperation and supporting the further development and sustainability of community engagement initiatives at the university.
