We are pleased to announce the final conference of the EU-financed Erasmus+ international project “Enhancing Capacities for Sustainable Community Engagement: Cases of Georgia and Sierra Leone” (ENHANCE-GSL).
Under the title “Connecting Knowledge and Society: The Changing Role of Universities,” the conference will focus on community engagement in higher education and the evolving role of universities in addressing societal needs.
The event will provide an opportunity to reflect on the results and experiences of the project partners from Georgia, Sierra Leone, Slovakia, and Croatia, and to present the Manual on Community Engagement developed as a practical resource for universities.
The conference will also bring together different perspectives and practical experiences on strengthening connections between universities and society. Speakers will share innovative ideas and examples of community engagement, while participants will have an opportunity to exchange experiences, expand their professional networks, and explore opportunities for future community-oriented initiatives.
