
Public Lecture: Behind the Screen: Children, Gadgets, and the Challenges of Motherhood
On June 30 at 5:00 PM, a public lecture entitled ”Behind the Screen: Children, Gadgets, and the Challenges of Motherhood" will be held, led by Zanda Chechelashvili, a psychologist, child and adolescent psychodiagnostician, and psychological counsellor.
The lecture will explore contemporary challenges related to children’s use of digital devices, effective approaches to managing screen time, the importance of balancing technology use with physical activity, and issues related to parents’ psychological well-being.
Participants will have the opportunity to receive practical advice on relevant topics, including signs of screen addiction, setting boundaries without conflict, and offering children healthy alternatives to screen time.
The public lecture will be held in a hybrid format.
